We primarily ship orders through USPS Ground Advantage. Larger orders may be sent via UPS.

Please note: We are not liable for delays or damages that may occur during transit. If any shipping issues arise, feel free to contact us—our team will do its best to help resolve the matter.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $20. For all orders under $20, shipping is calculated at check out.

Every order is carefully packaged in protective bubble mailers or boxes to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. We take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into each shipment.

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST are processed the next business day; those placed before may be processed same day when possible.

Please note that delays can occur due to high order volume, supply issues, staffing, technical problems, or weather. While we do our best to avoid disruptions, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order leaves our facility and tracking begins, we are not responsible for shipping delays, address errors, or damages in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for assistance.
We only ship to the address provided at checkout and will not be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We are also unable to issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.

Due to the consumable nature of our loaded tea mixes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including taste or product experience.

In limited cases, store credit or a replacement may be offered at the sole discretion of the store, based on the specific circumstances.
